Former NXT hopeful and TNA King of the Mountain Champion, Thomas Latimer, a.k.a. Bram, made public his departure from Impact Wrestling in a tweet on Tuesday and that has people wondering what's next?
Another in a long line of exits from Impact, Bram was last seen on Impact Wrestling in March of this year due to an injury that caused him to miss most of the year as an active in-ring performer. He wrote on Twitter today, "I've been granted my release from @IMPACTWRESTLING,". "Thank you to everyone from top to bottom and to you the fans for your support."
Back in 2012, Bram wrestled for NXT as Kenneth Cameron and was a member of The Ascension with Conor. However, he was released after an incident with the police and being charged with disorderly intoxication. It was a quick decision to release him of his NXT contract and Bram then headed to the independent scene in 2013.

Upon leaving NXT, Latimer headed over to TNA and debuted in April of 2014. His first significant feud was with Magnus and he wrestled there until March of this year.
For those expecting this to mean that Bram might pop up again in NXT, that is far from a guarantee. His past tenure with the WWE, along with some out-of-the-ring incidents, might give the WWE cause for reservation. He was the source of controversy when an image of him laying in a fridge full of ice cream at a convenience store got him suspended from the independent wrestling company NOAH.
In the end, whether he surfaces in WWE or on the independent scene, it was clear by his tweet that Bram was looking to get out of his contract with Impact and was granted that release.
